Accrue
Each snapshot credits the time since the last one, at most one hour, on the lower of your two balances. A missed tick never credits time nobody saw.
Qualify
When a round closes, wallets with a 24h+ streak in the top 100 by round points are frozen into the list with their exact share. The owner sends the payout and its transaction is linked here.
